Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg

Assess, plan, intervene, document, and evaluate patients using the nursing process to provide direct and indirect care based on assigned areas. Develop unique education and care plans for each patient while providing appropriate support for family members. Utilize judgment to direct ancillary staff and ensure customer satisfaction regarding patient, family, and physician needs. Maintain patient confidentiality and address age-specific needs for comfort, privacy, and generalized care. Complete annual competency requirements specific to the area of responsibility.
