Registered Nurse (RN) | Med Surg

Provides patient care across the Med Surg unit by delivering nursing care, reviewing physician prescriptions, and communicating the care plan to the healthcare team. Develops nursing care plans through patient histories, examinations, and nursing diagnoses; establishes care objectives and interventions; educates patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care; and evaluates outcomes against standards. Maintains a safe, infection-control-compliant environment, documents care in records, ensures equipment readiness, and adheres to policies and regulatory requirements. Requires active RN license and ability to work rotating shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Eligible for sign-on bonus and loan repayment programs, with shift differentials and a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
