Registered Nurse (RN) | Med Surg

Provides patient care within Med Surg as part of a multidisciplinary team, including reviewing physician prescriptions, coordinating the nursing care plan with the health care team, documenting patient status and care activities, developing nursing care plans via medical histories and assessments, teaching patients and families about conditions, medications and self-care, and ensuring infection-control and safety standards are maintained.
