Job Summary
Assess, plan, supervise, and evaluate nursing care for patients while correlating the nursing process with the medical plan of care and policies. Provide night shift coverage across the Med Surg and Critical Care float pool at Bailey Medical Center, a 73-bed facility offering advanced surgical, maternity, and emergency services. Maintain current Oklahoma RN licensure and obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Requires at least one year of RN experience, with three to five years in critical care preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Must possess a current Oklahoma License as a Registered Nurse
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
- One (1) year of experience as an R.N.
Desired Qualifications
- Three (3) to five (5) year of nursing experience in critical care
