Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg 3 - Nights

Provide patient care using the Nursing Process within the Nurse Practice Act framework; assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies for patients, families, and groups; delegate and manage nursing team resources as a leader on the Interdisciplinary Team; use data and experience to evaluate and promote changes for optimal outcomes; adapt care and communication to diverse patient populations, including respecting privacy and cultural sensitivities; maintain professional responsibility and contribute to unit and department goals; perform duties per nursing standards and organizational policies; demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills and proficiency with Windows-based applications.
