Job Summary
Deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure all care aligns with established standards and individualized plans. Administer medications and treatments per the physician's plan of care while maintaining accurate, timely documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate high-quality care and ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards. Report changes in resident conditions promptly to clinical team members. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts available with same-day pay. Requires current unencumbered New Jersey RN license and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
- Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
