Registered Nurse-RN-Mason Pointe-FT-Day/Evening

Registered Nurse (RN) at Mason Pointe in Chesterfield, MO performs licensed nursing care within the scope of practice, coordinates and delivers care to meet residents’ physical and psychosocial needs, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to define individualized plans of care. Responsibilities include administering medications and IV therapy, initiating and monitoring IV therapy (including blood products where applicable), accessing and de-accessing ports, passing medications, overseeing medication ordering and administration, maintaining accurate clinical documentation in the EMR, observing resident status and updating care and service plans, ensuring safety, directing certified staff, performing rounds, and supporting investigations per state and federal regulations. Requires active RN licensure in the state of practice, graduation from an accredited nursing program, CPR certification, and prefers BSN and gerontological nursing experience or training.
