Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day activities performed by nursing assistants to ensure quality care is maintained. Meet rehabilitation needs, maintain current care plans, and render complete nursing treatments, dressings, and physician orders. Transcribe orders promptly, review patient records daily for accuracy, document comprehensive nursing notes, and visit each resident to evaluate needs. Maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert lists and report unusual findings to the physician. Requires an accredited nursing degree, active RN license, and CPR certification. Weekly pay ranges from $42 to $47 an hour with shift differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends. Openings include every other weekend rotation and various shift lengths.
