Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse to deliver individualized, high-quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include applying the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation), providing relationship-based, patient-centered care sensitive to diverse populations, coordinating care and documentation, participating in performance improvement, and serving as a preceptor/mentor. Requires current Georgia RN license, BLS (and ACLS/PALS may be required in some areas), and experience with direct patient care; emphasizes evidence-based practice, teamwork, and adherence to organizational policies and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- Current/active license as a registered nurse in the State of Georgia
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- ACLS/PALS may be required in some practice areas
- Experience with direct patient care
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills and customer service skills
- English language proficiency and basic computer skills
