Job Summary
Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician's plan of treatment. Implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager, perform medication administration and treatments, and monitor resident conditions while promptly reporting changes. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards. Full-time and part-time opportunities available with day, evening, or night shift options including shift differentials. Same day pay and an option to add $3/hr to base salary for FT roles. Required Qualifications
- A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Virginia
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
- Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
