Registered Nurse (RN) Manager - Surgical Specialties

Plan adequate staffing and adjust based on patient needs and skill mix. Evaluate staff performance through coaching and management processes while managing the hiring process. Maintain evidence-based practices, ensure compliance with national standards, and develop budgets for personnel and non-personnel expenses. Assume responsibility for patient flow processes and strategize to improve efficiency. Work 40 hours per week in Wound Care, General Surgery, and Plastic Surgery Clinics at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
