Job Summary
Manage, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day clinic operations including financial management, budget maintenance, staffing, and medical staff relations. Collect data, prepare reports, analyze statistics, and resolve operational problems while ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies. Administer staffing plans, interview and hire employees, and coach staff to maintain high morale. Ensure proper credentialing, licensure, and facility improvements are addressed to support cost-effective, high-quality care. Maintain open communication with providers and leadership on medical activities and business plans.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Board of Nursing
- An active license in the state of practice
- Visual acuity adequate to perform position duties
- The ability to communicate effectively with others
- The ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech and other sounds
- The ability to work the hours specified
