Registered Nurse - RN - Manager - Infection Control

RN Infection Control Manager responsible for overseeing infection control programs across two Dove Healthcare locations (West Eau Claire and South Eau Claire). Responsibilities include surveillance of facility infectious disease and antibiotic use, coordinating annual influenza program, conducting TB risk assessments and N95 fit testing for staff, ensuring compliance with infection prevention standards, communicating updates on standards and CDC information to management and staff, managing resident infection precautions and interventions, leading outbreak management and antimicrobial stewardship activities, performing quality improvement audits, and developing action plans with department heads. Requires Wisconsin RN licensure and degree from an accredited nursing program, with CDC Infection Prevention coursework provided if not already certified.
