Registered Nurse (RN) Manager

Ensure coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with established standards, mental health practice, and hospital policy. Implement unit policies and procedures while acting as a resource for staff regarding nursing department goals. Provide supervision and direction to all nursing staff, conducting disciplinary actions where indicated. Coordinate, maintain, and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment planning and assist in developing specific plans of care with measurable goals. Ensure infection control, safety, and risk management policies are consistently implemented on the unit. Provide structure and maintain a therapeutic environment in collaboration with patients and other healthcare providers.
