Job Summary
RN Manager at Edgewood responsible for supervising a clinical team, providing training, and overseeing resident care plans and delivery of care to seniors in a memory care/assisted living setting. Oversees clinical staff, participates in hiring, ensures HIPAA compliance, and upholds Edgewood policies for quality resident care.
Required Qualifications
- Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous experience supervising staff
- Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired
- Passion and drive for helping others
- A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
