Job Summary
Supervise a team of clinical staff by providing training and overseeing resident care plans to ensure delivery meets expectations. Assess current and prospective residents, assist in hiring clinical care staff, and enforce HIPAA compliance and all Edgewood policies. This full-time day shift role includes no scheduled weekends with clinical call support from Legacy IHP Solutions. Edgewood Hermantown is a 190-bed Assisted Living and Memory Care community offering senior living solutions across seven states in the Midwest.
Required Qualifications
- Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous experience supervising staff
- No scheduled weekends
