Registered Nurse (RN) - Main Operating Room Circulator

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation while coordinating care through interdisciplinary rounds and bedside shift reports. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that adapts to population characteristics and cultural diversity, ensuring documentation is timely and accurate. Collaborate with the care team to promote recruitment and retention, participate in performance improvement and shared governance activities, and serve as a preceptor or mentor for other nurses. Uphold Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act standards, American Nurses Association ethics, and Wellstar safety absolutes while proactively planning care across the continuum and developing protocols to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Complete all mandatory education, competency assessments, and population-specific training required for licensure and practice.
