Registered Nurse (RN) - Main Operating Room Circulator

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients in the Main Operating Room. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and bedside shift reports to ensure safe, individualized patient care. Document care timely while partnering with patients and families to set goals and provide just-in-time teaching. Mentor preceptors and staff, participate in shared governance activities, and lead performance improvement initiatives. Complete all mandatory education and competency assessments. Work a 5x8 schedule from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. with call rotation. Sign-on bonus eligible.
