Registered Nurse (RN) - Main Operating Room Circulator

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation while coordinating care through interdisciplinary rounds and case reviews. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that adapts to population characteristics and cultural diversity, partnering with patients and families on goals and teaching. Execute direct patient care across the continuum, maintain timely documentation, and uphold legal and accreditation standards such as TJC Patient Safety Goals. Complete mandatory education, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and participate in performance improvement initiatives to promote safe, evidence-based practice. Work a 5x8 schedule from 7a-3p with call eligibility at Kennestone Main O.R.
