Registered Nurse (RN) - Main Operating Room Circulator

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation during Main O.R. circulator duties while coordinating care through interdisciplinary rounds and bedside shift reports. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that adapts to population characteristics and cultural diversity, ensuring documentation is timely and accurate. Uphold the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and Wellstar policies while participating in performance improvement activities, research utilization, and shared governance initiatives. Mentor staff and students to support workforce development and complete all mandatory education and competency assessments. Maintain BLS certification and adhere to evidence-based practice standards to promote safe, quality patient outcomes.
