Job Summary
RN II independently provides direct nursing care to patients and families in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices. Evening shift (3PM-11PM) for 32 hours/week on the M3- Main Campus. Requires MA RN licensure, 12 months to <3 years RN experience, and BLS certification; BSN preferred. Duties include clinical assessments, individualized care planning, applying evidence-based practice, patient and family education, discharge planning, and supporting staff development; participation in performance improvement initiatives and departmental committees.
