Job Summary
Perform professional nursing duties and assure completion of nurse aide duties on a designated unit in cooperation with the unit manager. Cooperate with all disciplines to assure high quality resident/patient care for older adults moving through a continuum of care from residential living to skilled nursing. Maintain a current Registered Nurse license in good standing from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and demonstrate management, communication, and observation skills. Work full-time shifts ranging from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., or 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. with a starting rate of $33 per hour and a $6,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited school of Nursing
- current Registered Nurse license, in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Current registered license, in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- temporary practice permit required by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing
- Demonstrated management, communication, and observation skills
- Interest in geriatrics
- Working knowledge of computers
- Microsoft Word
- Excel
