What You’ll Do: Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans; Administer medications and perform treatments as required; Supervise and mentor nursing assistants (RN role); Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards; Support residents’ safety, dignity, and overall well-being. What You Bring: Active RN or LPN license; Medication administration and IV certification; Knowledge of state rules and regulations; Reliability, professionalism, and a positive, team-focused mindset; Passion for improving the lives of residents.
