Registered Nurse (RN)

Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration, treatments, and activities of daily living as ordered by a physician and outlined in the plan of care. Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality care based on professional standards and facility policies. Communicate with residents, family members, physicians, and supervisors regarding resident status. Maintain up-to-date and accurate medical records during your tour of duty on the assigned unit. Perform other tasks as required. Full-time shift hours are 2pm to 10pm.
