Registered Nurse (RN) Long Term Care (Night Shift Full-time)

Registered Nurse (RN) for Long-Term Care at Pole Creek Estates with Sidney Regional Medical Center in Sidney, NE. Full-time night shift. Responsibilities include providing prescribed medical treatment and personal care, assessment and planning using the nursing process, admissions assessments and home med reconciliation, data collection and documentation, effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare team, and supervising other care staff. Additional duties include developing and implementing care plans, promoting patient safety, providing education to patients and families, and contributing to discharge planning and quality indicators.
