Job Summary
Provides resident care by reviewing physician prescriptions, communicating the nursing care plan and all pertinent information to other members of the health care team; coordinating with other healthcare providers; providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents, families, and friends; develops nursing care plans by obtaining medical histories, examining residents, documenting condition, and establishing objectives; teaches healthcare requirements to residents and families; evaluates and modifies care plans; maintains infection-control and safety standards; ensures equipment upkeep and supply readiness; coordinates admissions, discharges, and transfers; directs, plans and coordinates workflow of nursing personnel; maintains competency per leadership; requires active RN license in state of practice; night shift 6:00pm-6:30am; 72hrs/2wks; pay range $32.50-$48.50/hour with $3 shift differential and sign-on bonus up to $10,000; benefits include PTO, retirement contributions, and career development.
