Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) needed for Home Health and Hospice to perform skilled nursing care in patients' homes and hospice settings. Responsibilities include patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, administering medications and IV therapies, wound care, EMR documentation, on-call rotations, HIPAA compliance, and providing end-of-life support. Requires strong clinical assessment, communication, independence, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Licensure in TX (or compact state) with BSN/ADN, CPR (BLS), and reliable transportation. Experience in home health or hospice preferred; travel to patient homes is required.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas (or compact state).
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN or ADN).
- Current CPR (BLS) certification required.
- Valid Driver’s License, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required.
