Job Summary
Provide patient-centered nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments, conducting assessments, developing and updating individualized care plans, monitoring vital signs, and documenting progress. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care, educate patients and families on health management, assist with activities of daily living, and maintain safety and regulatory compliance. Participate in staff training and contribute to a compassionate, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
