Registered Nurse (RN)

The RN will deliver direct patient care in a healthcare/long-term care/assisted living setting, including assessing patient health, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and therapies, and coordinating with physicians and the care team. Responsibilities include wound care, IV and catheter care, respiratory treatments, patient and family education, accurate documentation in EHR, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and participation in care conferences and quality initiatives. Requires strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills; licensure as an RN and a nursing degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) are required.
