Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide direct and compassionate nursing care in a healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living facility. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team, administering medications and therapies per orders and policies, monitoring responses and adjusting plans as needed, performing clinical procedures (wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, respiratory treatments), educating patients and families, ensuring accurate documentation in the EHR, maintaining regulatory compliance, and advocating for patients' needs. Requires strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills with a focus on patient safety and well-being. Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Licensure: active RN license.
