Job Summary
Deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure all care aligns with physician plans and individualized care protocols. Administer medications and treatments per the plan of care while maintaining accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate high-quality resident care and ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards. Schedule options include full-time and part-time shifts from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am. This role offers a $38-55/hour all-inclusive rate, $6,000 sign-on bonus, and same-day pay at Lincolnwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 200-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility.
Required Qualifications
- A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Rhode Island.
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
- Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
