Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting for medically fragile children, administering medications and treatments while assessing patient conditions. Educate families and caregivers, strictly following the plan of care with a 1:1 patient ratio. Shifts run Monday through Sunday from 7 am to 7 pm and 7 pm to 7 am, with 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour options available. Candidates must hold an active RN or LVN license in Texas and current CPR certification; pediatric experience, trach/vent skills, and bilingual English/Arabic are preferred. New graduates are welcome.
