Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Specialty Clinic

Provide nursing care within the Specialty Clinic, performing patient preparation, administering nursing duties as designated by providers, and maintaining patient records. Responsibilities include assisting providers, assessing and documenting patient care, coordinating with other offices and labs, maintaining patient relationships, applying nursing processes, applying knowledge of disease and injury, maintaining a safe care environment, interviewing patients to determine status, communicating changes to providers, documenting services in medical records, coordinating patient referrals, assisting in exam rooms and procedures, administering medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring responses to therapies, counseling patients using standardized tools, cross-training to support other clinic providers, and delivering age-appropriate care for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients. Also provides guidance to certified nursing assistants and performs other duties as assigned.
