Job Summary
Assess residents' health status through physical assessments, observations, and interviews; plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments while monitoring effectiveness, and provide direct nursing care according to established policies. Deliver accurate documentation, lead subordinate staff, and communicate resident needs to all care teams. Interact with physicians and advanced practitioners as needed, and ensure adequate staffing levels by finding replacements when required. Report incidents of abuse or neglect promptly and maintain accountability for electronic timecards. Work the overnight shift (6:00p–6:30a) on an every-3rd weekend schedule with holiday rotation, earning a $5/hour differential for overnights and $2/hour for weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active ND RN or LPN License or ability to obtain upon hire
- Must be able to work the Over-Night shift (6:00p-6:30a)
- Must be available for a schedule of every 3rd weekend with a holiday rotation
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
