Job Summary
This position encompasses roles for Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and Medical Assistant (MA) in a women's health setting. The RN is responsible for assessing and diagnosing patient needs, developing care plans, evaluating patient responses, and maintaining accurate documentation. The LPN performs delegated nursing functions, administers medications, and ensures communication among healthcare team members. The MA records medical history, prepares treatment rooms, collects specimens, and assists in patient examinations. All positions require a current license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from RN program and current RN license (for RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required, must obtain within first 90 days of employment (for RN, LPN, and MA)
- Graduation from LPN program and current LPN license (for LPN)
- 1-3 years relevant clinical experience or current valid medical assistant credentials (for MA)
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of two years nursing experience in a Clinic setting (for RN)
- Community health nursing experience (for RN and LPN)
- ER or Urgent Care experience (for RN)
- Minimum of one year nursing experience in a Clinic setting (for LPN)
- Graduation from a medical assistant program (for MA)
Additional Requirements
- All employees are required to provide proof of vaccination for Flu, Hepatitis B and Tuberculosis (TB)
