Job Summary
Assess residents' health status through physical assessments, observations, and interviews; plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments while monitoring effectiveness, and provide direct nursing care according to established policies. Document care accurately, provide education to residents and families, and ensure adequate staffing levels. Lead subordinate staff, communicate resident needs to the care team, and interact with physicians and advanced practitioners. Report incidents of abuse, neglect, or rights violations promptly. Maintain electronic timecards daily and continue skills through in-services and staff meetings. Work an 8-hour day shift (6:00a - 2:30p) every other weekend with holiday rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Active ND RN/LPN License or ability to obtain upon hire
- 8 hours Day shift (6:00a - 2:30p, 72 hours per pay period)
- Every other weekend with a holiday rotation schedule
- Shift differential of $2 more per hour on weekends worked
