Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in a sub-acute care environment, directing day-to-day activities of nursing assistants, administering medications as ordered, and performing charting and resident-status updates per facility policy. Conduct daily rounds, prioritize care in a fast-paced unit, and collaborate with a skilled care team to promote ethical, compassionate, high-quality patient care.
