Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care according to resident care plans, administer medications and treatments as ordered, and monitor resident conditions to promptly report changes to the physician or supervising nurse. Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care, treatments, and observations while assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive resident outcomes, support resident dignity and comfort, and follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards. Participate in in-services and continuing education. Required Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
