Registered Nurse (RN)

Provides professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies and procedures. Directs and manages the care of designated patients, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, and facilitates patient and family education throughout treatment to support effective transitions of care. Demonstrates leadership and mentoring of new colleagues and interns, participates in performance improvement and quality initiatives, and utilizes technology to optimize care delivery in a Magnet-recognized health network.
