Registered Nurse (RN)

Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department at Lehigh Valley Health Network. Provides professional nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with policies and procedures. Responsibilities include directing and managing care for designated patients, collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, utilizing ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, and ensuring quality and safety. Role supports patient and family education, participates in performance improvement, mentors new colleagues, and leverages technology to optimize care delivery. Preferred qualifications include Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and strong physical demands. Sign-on bonus of $6000 for part-time nights at LVH – Gilbertsville Neighborhood Hospital.
