Job Summary
Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility; manage medications and ensure supplies, notify physicians/family of significant health changes, promptly report incidents and adverse events, document resident concerns and ensure rights and confidentiality are upheld; requires RN licensure in the state, with 2+ years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred, and current BLS/CPR certification. Shifts are 12 hours (7a-7p, 7p-7a); sign-on bonus offered; comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision, HSA contributions, daily pay option, 401K, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program
- Licensed in the state of practice
- Current BLS/CPR certification
