Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) traveling to assigned healthcare facilities to conduct assessments, examinations, and follow-up visits; diagnose and manage common medical conditions within scope of practice; administer treatments and medications as appropriate; maintain accurate patient records; collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff; educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care; monitor patient progress and adjust care plans; ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards; support telehealth consultations when required.
Required Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in primary care, urgent care, family medicine, home health, or related settings preferred
