Job Summary
Lead RN in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine clinics coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process; guides nursing and clinical support staff; uses evidence-based practice and strong communication to ensure patient safety and best experience; operates Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm (may start 7:00am); based in Fond du Lac with responsibilities at Ripon and Lomira clinics; expects precepting and leadership in clinical settings.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program
- Registered Nurse license in the practicing state
- BLS for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Typically requires 5 years of clinical nursing experience including precepting
