Registered Nurse (RN) - LDRP, PRN, Day or Night Opportunities

Registered Nurse (RN) – LDRP, PRN with Day or Night opportunities at Mary Washington Healthcare. Provides direct nursing care using the nursing process, coordinating patient care with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to performance and quality improvement. Responsibilities include directing and coordinating nursing care, patient/family teaching and discharge planning, communication of the plan of care among health team members, participation in staff orientation and hospital committees, and ensuring a safe patient/staff environment. Requires a Virginia RN license (or reciprocal compact state), with minimum 2 years of RN experience in LDRP, postpartum, or NICU roles as appropriate, BLS certification at hire, ACLS within 6 months, NRP within 6 months, and NIHSS within 90 days; BSN preferred.
