Registered Nurse (RN)

Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care for residents requiring long-term and rehabilitative care. Deliver patient care while implementing plans of care and evaluating resident responses. Direct and supervise care provided by other nursing personnel. Maintain knowledge of documentation requirements, equipment maintenance, and confidentiality compliance. Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers as appropriate. Work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends in compliance with facility policies and the Nurse Practice Act.
