Job Summary
Assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure patient comfort and safety within the Women and Children's Unit. Provide compassionate care to laboring patients alongside RNs, LPNs, and CNAs across six Labor & Delivery Rooms and an 18-bed postpartum floor. Maintain a full-time night shift schedule while holding a current Arkansas RN license and at least one year of Labor & Delivery experience. Complete required Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Registered Nurse license to work in the state of Arkansas
- At least one year of experience in Labor & Delivery unit as a Registered Nurse
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- NRP certification
- Handle with Care certification
