Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery in Newark, DE. Part-Time Nights (12-hour shift, 7PM–7AM) with weekend and holiday commitment and on-call rotation. Provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care to mothers, newborns, and families on the Labor & Delivery team, with cross-training in High-Risk OB, OB Peri-Operative Services, Antenatal Care, and potential cross-development in OBGYN Emergency. Requires BSN or commitment to obtain BSN within three years, two years of acute care L&D experience, Delaware RN licensure (or multi-state) and BLS certification. Salary ranges: $41.28-$66.05 hourly equivalent; annualized to $85,862 - $137,384 depending on experience. Required Qualifications
- BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
- Two years of acute care Labor & Delivery experience required
- Delaware RN licensure or a multistate RN licensure to be eligible to work in the state of Delaware required
- BLS certification required
