Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse in Labor & Delivery on Night shift at Wellstar. Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care using evidence-based practice, participates in interdisciplinary rounds, documentation, and professional development. Works under Nurse Managers within a shared governance model; supports care quality, safety, and performance improvement; precepts other nurses and staff; and adheres to professional standards and policies. Requires nursing license and applicable certifications; 2+ years direct patient care experience preferred. Must be able to read and communicate in English and function effectively in a fast-paced environment. Locations: LaGrange, GA (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program
- RN - Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT
- NRP-I - NRP Instructor or NRP-P - NRP-Provisional (180 Days) within 180 Days
