Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D

Provide professional nursing care within the assigned unit, coordinating care planning with other disciplines. Render individualized, age-specific bedside care based on the nursing process and patient needs. Act as a supervisor by assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment to direct other healthcare employees. Systematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals while participating in hourly rounding. Observe safety guidelines and safe work practices. May be in charge for a shift. Requires nights (7:00pm to 7:30am), every other weekend, 12-hour shifts. Full-time employment with up to $25,000 sign-on bonus based on experience.
