Job Summary
Registered Nurse in Antepartum/Labor & Delivery on the night shift. Provides nursing care using the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate patient care; monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans; may administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols; collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes; maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation; adheres to safety culture and ethical standards; may float to other units within the designated service area to meet patient care needs; demonstrates knowledge of age-specific patient needs and supports professional development and certifications; requires strong communication, teamwork, and delegation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program
- Active registered nurse (RN) multi-state compact and/or single-state license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN is providing client nursing services
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
